Weight and heat dispersement is great! I’ve been looking for a true wok for all of the Thai and Indonesian food that I make. I’ve been using a Staub cast iron wok, which is great for high heat… but maneuverability is non existent. This gives me the high heat, and lightweight to be able to toss. And the handle is quite comfortable.

Heats Fast and Cooks Beautifully

I am extremely happy with this Zwilling 12-inch Carbon Steel Wok. The quality is outstanding, and it feels sturdy and well-made right out of the box. After seasoning it properly, the cooking surface became increasingly non-stick with each use.

Easy instructions for seasoning. First two times using were great so far. Much better wok for just the two of us now since smaller than our older wok. Seems to stand up to higher heat better, too.

Like the size of the wok, the weight and heft of the pan, and flat bottom heats quickly . I have used the pan several times and satisfied with it. Like wok cooking and this pan cooks well.
