Every day staple and workhorse

This wok is a workhorse in my kitchen. I use it for everything, not just stir-fry, and the carbon steel heats fast and evenly no matter what I’m cooking. The size is generous enough for real batches of food, and the sloped sides make stirring and flipping easy.
The included lid is a great bonus, letting me simmer or steam when I want to. It seasoned up quickly and has built a nice patina with regular use. Lighter than cast iron but still feels sturdy and well made.
A little care goes a long way (dry it well, keep it lightly oiled), and it rewards you for it. Highly recommend.

I just received the product and haven’t used it yet. But it comes in a nicely packed box. The wok is the perfect size the depth and has a nice weight to it. Can’t wait to cook with it.
