This was very easy to use and had consistent heat, on the two times I have used it. It was balanced, and the handle was cool. I very much like that it's not a non-stick chemicalized pan. I returned my Hexclad one due that, and bought this.

Overall a fantastic wok

Great product. I use the Dragon Wok for just about everything; sautéing, frying, quick steam etc. The wok has a beautiful finish, high quality carbon steel. My favorite part is getting that nice char on proteins, and veggies.

Good instructions for seasoning and taking care of rainbow spots. Excited to use more often - our first cook was a tofu dish that turned out excellent. Afterwards, boiled water to get the crispy bits off - would not recommend as leads to rainbow spots, but the suggestions in care instructions helped get them out completely!
