just arrived, looks to be great quality and very heavy duty in nature. Very satisfied, it is replacing an old aluminum lightweight, scratched and dented one.

Almost non stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I was looking for a non stick wok, the carbon steel wok works almost as well. Just heat up the wok before adding oil. The other thing I like about this wok is you can turn up the heat whereas you can only set the temp to medium when using non stick woks.

Good wok

I am very satisfied that this wok is lighter and easier to stir fry than a stainless steel wok. The whole pan looks dark green, and you must use hot pan and cold oil to prevent it from sticking. Incorrect use will make you feel that frying eggs is very difficult.
I would recommend this to a friend!
