Beautiful wok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is not too heavy, not too light. I can easily swirl, agitate, and flip ingredients in it. Heats evenly and clean up is easy. Love it!

Beautiful and highly functional

Heats quickly and evenly. Size is about appropriate for our family of 3, with an additional serving or two for next day's lunch. A proper-fitting lid is a great plus and the wok seems more resistant than some others I've gotten to rust (though no carbon steel is truly rust resistant). Additionally, it's beautiful and the wood handle has a comfortable grip.

I bought the Zwilling wok and was pleasantly delighted when the package arrived - well packed, asthetic. I cooked my first stir fry that came out the best I have ever made. I then realized the value of a professional wok.

Almost non stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I was looking for a non stick wok, the carbon steel wok works almost as well. Just heat up the wok before adding oil. The other thing I like about this wok is you can turn up the heat whereas you can only set the temp to medium when using non stick woks.
