Beautiful and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dark blue baking dishes are stunning in person, with a beautiful deep color in the enamel. The larger of the two is about a 2-quart size and that makes it great for family side dishes and small main dishes.
I really enjoy the high heat tolerance, meaning I can toss them under the broiler for a good top browning without worrying about ruining them.

Great sizes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2 dishes are the perfect size. The smaller one is great for baking a single chicken breast or pork chop. The larger is perfect for a vegetable or potato casserole. They are sturdy and nothing sticks making for an easy cleanup. Happy I added them to my kitchen cookware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the overall quality of this baking set ! Used it for the first time on New Years Day. I pre-made both Mac and cheese au gratin and a tuna casserole a few days before and froze them in the dishes...took them out...right into the oven ! ... Such a presentation on the table and they performed better than zi had ever expected...kudos! I have almost every Staub cast iron piece in the dark blue (I really mean almost every piece) and was hesitant about the ceramic bakeware....my bad...couldn't be more impressed with the quality !
