With these two gratins you're pretty much ready if you're cooking for 2. Entree in the 11-inch and side dish or dessert in the 9-inch. The art of flavorful cooking is as easy as that. The French have done this for decades, knowing too, that if you serve the meal in beautiful cookware, it adds to the enjoyment and it is easy on the clean up. These oval dishes require no special effort - once around with a sponge and into the dishwasher they go.
The high quality ceramic makes for consistent heating and cooking so food comes out perfectly cooked.

This Staub baking dish is everything you need to cook a delicious food to share with your family and friends. This ceramic dish is all-in one, I've enjoyed every staub baking dish I owned. It is made of glass porcelain finish, highly scratch resistant and cleaning is a breeze, transitions from oven to table beautifully, oven safe up to 572F, broiler, can be microwave, and freezer safe. Dishwasher safe.

This stylish dark blue oval baking set is a nice addition to a bakeware collection. The pieces are a really nice weight making it easy to transfer from oven to table and I appreciate that the light ceramic interior won't discolor or stain. They are also really easy to clean when doing the recommended hand washing.

Nice bakeware set. Great price. Handy that it goes from freezer to oven to table. The oval shape adds more interest than my boring rectangular dishes.

Au Gratin!

Excellent size and shape for all things "au gratin". Make a savory dish in one and a sweet treat in the other. The ceramic is flawless, the color is brilliant. The performance is excellent.

I absolutely love these!! We use them all the time in the oven for fish and dinner sides. They are pretty, we take them right to the table. I put them in the dishwasher and I haven’t had any problems with them chipping or cracking they seem to be really durable.
