These are great to have on hand, think more than one, for side dishes. Due to the cast iron's ability to conduct and distribute heat evenly, all of my dishes come out perfectly golden brown and with the extra crispy edges that I love!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this pan for everything. It makes great crispy potatoes but also great for cooking entrees. The cast iron heats so evenly and the matte interior gives me great browning. The enamel coating makes it so easy to clean and maintain.
