This is a self serve cast iron bowl. It is perfect for cheese spinach dip and any dish to serve in an elegant way and so versatile.

Love this for so many dishes, although now wish it were a bit larger for family meals! Everything cooks evenly and browns beautifully. Started w/ potatoes and graduated to so many other meals; not simply 1 dish, but combos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratin potato's. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating and browning well.

One of the best things about cooking in cast iron is how evenly it heats up. No hot spots means everything bakes to perfection. Use this in place of ceramic or glass baking dishes for everything from potatoes and casseroles to brownies and bread! Cleans up easily because of the matte black coating...this cast iron needs no "seasoning".

I love love love this pan to use for Potatoes Anna or Scalloped potatoes, in addition to the obvious Potatoes Au Gratin! this dish also works perfect for parmigiana or baked ziti. Perfect size and the lovely handles make serving in the same dish so obviously perfect!

Solid, Cast iron Roaster

Great size for big side dishes...even decent-sized chicken. Heats up quickly...holds heat and enameled interior makes for easier cleaning than raw cast iron...oven safe over 600 degrees.

Gives a good crust

My family loves potato gratin and I love using this dish because it is made out of cast iron, so the dish gets hot and stay hot to make the potatoes and cheese super crispy. I also love the handle design on this dish and the fact that it is enameled so that it is naturally non-stick without having to do special cast iron care.
