Work of art in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd never owned a knife of this quality before...but now I have the 3.5" paring knife as well as the 5.5" prep knife, both Miyabi Kaizen II. The feel in the hand is incredible. The blades are a work of art and also incredibly hard and sharp!
