Amazing Pairing Knife!

This is hands down the best pairing knife I’ve ever used. It’s extremely sharp, durable, and cuts through anything like butter. I love how it fits in my hand, and the weight feels very balanced. I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys cookings.

After enjoying 4-Star series for over 40-years, I am really enjoying the new Miyabi Paring Knife. Delivered with an excellent edge (very sharp), great balance, with the Damascus imagine the corrosion resistance to be excellent.

Great size and very sharp. Handle is good shape and is easy to hold comfortably. Used to cut strawberries and had no issues.
