This 3.5 inch pairing knife is a great Japanese knife to have in the kitchen for slicing and dicing. Japanese steel boosts a razor sharp blade to cut with ease.

This is the most comfortable paring knife I own. The core of the blade is made from FC61 carbide and its surrounded by 48 layers of additional steel which creates a beautiful Damascus pattern. The handle is an exaggerated D sharp that is comfortable and fits into any hand.

This is a beautiful knife that is sharp and the handle is very comfortable to use. I like the curve of the handle because it fits in my hand like it was made just for me and you can really see the handmade craftsmanship that is used to make this. I love the design on the blade.

Small but balanced and effective, this paring/vegetable knife makes jobs quick and easy. Real mid-sized pakka wood handle fits snugly in palm. The wrapped core gives each it's individuality.

Great paring knife. Really sharp, holds and edge. Designed to get through the smallest areas. Beautiful Micarta D shaped traditional handle with FC61 steel, and an authentic damascus design. My favorite tool in the kitchen.

Such an amazing knife for doing a variety and plethora of tasks! It fits in my hand and is terrific at doing blade towards you peeling/cutting tasks. Sharp as a scalpel and durable too. Kudos.
