Best Knifes I have ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now my second set of knives from ZWilling and I am continued to be impressed each time I use them! Was so hard to remove the old set which I had for over 15yrs and make way for this new set. Thank you for such an amazing product!

Seems like a good alternative to the higher priced top end choices. We are not professionals, but enjoy using good cutlery during complex food prep. This set replaced an older Henkels ('one-man' logo) set that did OK, but had been battered over the years. Also, the choices of blade shapes in this set is great.
Now, if only I can keep my wife from cutting stuff while still in the pan.
