Super sharp. Bought to replace wuesthof set I've used for 20 years. (The block gave out, the knives never did.)

Absolutely love these knives! The handles, weight, and balance are terrific! It is so much nicer cooking with sharp knives! Absolutely recommend the Gourmet 14 piece knife block set. It won’t disappoint!
