A dream come true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had middling knives. Not those big box stamped things. I had those big box forged things from Brazil or China. I thought they were pretty good knives for my home kitchen. But I was wrong. These knives are revelatory. They are both a feast for the eyes and the hand, beautifully milled and balanced. And such a precise edge! I should have purchased them decades ago.

Very good quality knife set that holds its edge nice, has stiff enough blades to push through harder products without getting worried the blade will flex or break.
