Nice knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set is a replacement for an old wooden handled Chicago Cutlery set. I wanted to use these knives before giving a review and one month into owning these knives I am pleased with their performance. They are stamped and not forged knifes and therefore are lightweight in the hand and very easy to use. The handles are comfortable and easy to maintain. The blades are so sharp that prepping vegatables and fruits seem effortless. The array of different knives in this collection will fit any kitchen need. I find cut vegges/fruits do have a tendency to stick to the surface of the chef knife as others have mentioned. It's not a deal breaker for me but if I was using the knife in a professional setting it may be a nuisance. The steak knives have no serration on the blades but are plenty sharp and cut meat well. I do handwash my knives and they are all looking splendid after a month of moderate use.

Zwilling Gourmet 14-piece knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the knives have been exceptional!! They are sleek and sharp and chopping is a true joy now. My only complaint would be about the knife block. It’s very generic and the knives sit a little lose in it. I would prefer the slots for each knife to be more customized to each knife size. I did have a spare slot so I’m able to get another knife to add to this collection.
