A dream come true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had middling knives. Not those big box stamped things. I had those big box forged things from Brazil or China. I thought they were pretty good knives for my home kitchen. But I was wrong. These knives are revelatory. They are both a feast for the eyes and the hand, beautifully milled and balanced. And such a precise edge! I should have purchased them decades ago.
