The block slots are not meant for the knives and they fit ugly
The knives themselves have been good but overall the getup with the knives in the block looks out of place
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a difference to have such sharp knives. You do have to be careful at initial use until you get used to the sharp edges. The knives are easy to handle. The blades are hard and strong, as to be expected - that's what I had before. The set has all the types of blades I need; so there's a good balance in the set.
