Gourmet 14 piece knife block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the sleekness of the block and the knives are amazing. The only thing that struck me as odd, there is one space on the block that is empty even after putting 13 the knives that came with it in the block.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality kives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you cook at home your better off getting a good set of knives that will keep a sharp edge. Me and my wife love how many knives come with this set for the price. I always have used two knives to cook the chef's knife and the smaller slicing knife. Now using the other kives for fruits or vegetables cutting is much easier just simply cutting a tomato it used to be so hard to keep it together now I just use the serrated utility knife and the tomato hotds together better for sandwiches or anything else for presentation.handles feel great in the hand gives good control.

Excellent set for value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded from a Henkel set and am loving it so far. Great value for the variety of pieces you get. The steel is stamped, not forged. It doesn’t come with a Santoku knife, so that will need to be purchased separately. All the knives are made In Germany in my set. Will come back to update the review after having used it for awhile.

Love these knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2 most important criteria for us were sharp knives and a good double sided blade. These knives are as good as the reviews say. Beautiful set. My one dislike is they angled the block too low and steep. It takes up more counter space than needed and if you don’t put the correct knife in the right spot the blade tip hits the counter.

Knife block improvement needed

Knifes are sharp and sleek. Main issue is the open spot on the knife block and the fact the slots are not custom made for each knife so it looks sloppy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
