Great Gift, Great Knives

I recieved this knife set as a gift from my husband for my birthday. I’m not exactly a pro chef or anything but I do love to cook and make many unique dishes from all over the world. These knives have sure stood the test and got through all the meats I can throw at them. Worked great for me so far doing things like duck, turkey, cutting up watermelons, slicing eggplant effortlessly, chopping up peppers and onions, you name it.
Steak knives are ok would be the only asterisk I would add. If you already have a set, don’t bother and just get the knife set without the steak knives.
I would recommend this to a friend!
