These knives are wonderful. Perfectly weighted and very sharp. They seem like they’ll hold up well to the massive amount of cooking we do.

Just received them and I’m impressed by the quality and sharpness. Hope they last a long time! I do wish it came with the number of knives needed to fill all of the slots in the knife block, though.
