Absolutely love these knives! The handles, weight, and balance are terrific! It is so much nicer cooking with sharp knives! Absolutely recommend the Gourmet 14 piece knife block set. It won’t disappoint!

These are very solidly manufactured full tang knives and are exceptionally sharp. The set comes with a useful but not excessive range of blades.
