Never in a million years did I think that I could find a bread that could slice a fresh warm french baguette without mushing it back to dough. Well crusty bread, youve been warned. Now I'm thinking I need to learn to bake bread all over. i stopped because you had to wait so long from smell to slicing that It didn't seem worth it. THIS bread knife can slice hot bread,perfectly into slices, still warm so the butter just melts right in. That is what a good bread kife shoud do. GO GET ONE OF THESE right now! WOW

This is by far my most favorite bread knife I have ever used. I didn't think there would be much of a difference from my previous break knives to this one, but WOW! It makes cutting the toughest of breads SO EASY. I would highly recommend this, it is a must have and worth every penny!

The best bread knife ever!

I love how this knife is longer than most of the standard bread knives you find because I cut a lot of sourdough loaves and I find that the shorter knives just aren't long enough to cut through the whole loaf. I also like the serration since it looks like it has a different pattern than regular knives where there are higher and lower "teeth" that seem to catch the bread so it makes it easier to cut without smooshing it.

Love my Pro 9 inch Z15 knife. Made with the same special formula steel
Zwilling is known for, but is so much better than my traditional bread knife. Instead of the blade having serrations, the Z15 is nice and scallaped which cuts beautifully and does not rip. Perfect for slicing bread, torting cakes, cutting through melons, pineapples, winter squash. Nice curved bolster which is so comfortable, and a full tang which makes the knife extremely durable.

Excellent bread knife
