I had purchased a loaf of sour dough bread and tried every knife I owned but could not cut it properly. After much internet research, I ordered Zwilling’s 9-inch bread knife. I’m so glad I did! It cuts through tough-crusted sour dough bread like a breeze.

The FEEL! The BALANCE!
