The Crustiest Loaves are No Match

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to think of the Z15 serrations from reading reviews, but now that I own the knife and have been using it, I’m sure this knife works like a charm. I normally don’t buy serrated knives, but I needed a new bread knife. I’m not sure how much better than standard serrations this is, but it doesn’t tear what it’s cutting and that’s good enough for me. I appreciate that Zwilling invests in new technologies to make “better mousetraps.” Too, the overall geometry of the knife is modern and ergonomic. There is plenty of room for fingers above cutting board, so no need for an offset knive. It’s a nice, if infrequently used, addition to my Zwilling Pro collection.

This is the only bread knife I will ever use! The unique z15 serration on the blade makes it so incredibly easy to just guide through bread, melons or anything with a tough exterior and soft interior. No more hacking and sawing or destroying your bread, this Pro knife prevents all of that and makes it ultra comfortable to use with Zwilling's signature curved bolster for maximum control and balance.
