Perfect addition to my holiday table. Cooks great, looks great. Nice size for soups, bisques, and broths. Great for hot chocolate, heats great and does not scorch,
Cast iron enamel stays nice and hot, and works on all heat sources.
Made in France, each pot is a work of art and is made in it's own individual mold. The pans do not need to be seasoned, and are scratch and chip resistant. Staub is a well made pan, that is used by the finest chefs worldwide. Certainly good enough for my kitchen.
