I haven't owned it long, but the first thing I did when it arrived was fry an egg with no oil. This is the first pan I have ever been able to do this with. It rolled out like pouring water. Now if it lasts as long as I hope......

I love this pan! The handle is comfortable, the weight of the pan is perfect and balanced. The nonstick aspect lets the food glide. It really is a joy to use this pan knowing that NOTHING will stick to it.
