The Madura Plus fry pans have a great non toxic nonstick coating that resists scratches from metal utensils. No rivets where the handle attaches makes for easy clean up. I find these have no hot spots with nice even heat across the bottom.

I love this pan and use it frequently. The nonstick is very good and releases better than most. I also love that it is 40x more durable so this one is going to last for years to come. Cooks like a lightweight cast iron and I love it!

This is a beautiful Italian non-stick pan. The handle stays cool and the fry pan is so easy to clean out because of it's awesome coating. I definitely recommend this fry pan for any non-stick cooking job.

Italian-made pan which cleans like the dickens...DuraSlide is the non-stick choice to get. Have several...they all clean with a wipe or two. Forged aluminum heats quickly and evenly as well.

I bought the 10 inch and 8 inch, and I'll be placing a second order for the 12 inch pan as well. These pans are a good weight, hold heat evenly, and nothing has stuck to them at all so far. I'm a big fan- highly recommend.
