I really like this traditional non-stick pan. Heats quickly and evenly. Thought about subtracting one star because the handles are not oven safe above 300 degrees, but I don’t use them in the oven so I really don’t care.

Zwilling Madura 10” is a really nice pan. Finish allows for non stick cooking. Love the weight. Smooth inside with no visible handle attachments (I found when you see bolts on the inside grease eventually leaks through). Will buy again when needed.
