Great nonstick pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically start my morning with an omlet so I needed a reliable nonstick pan. I decided to splurge in the Zwilling Mardura Plus. The pan was heavier than I expected for an aluminum pan. Maybe the nonstick coating adds some heft to it. Not too much of issue, I'm all for durability. I've cooked with it a few times now. I definitely see the Ultra Duraslide Coating at work with all the food sliding around then out of the pan with ease. With proper maintenance, I look forward to using this pan for years without worrying about when I'll have eggs sticking to the bottom of the pan again.

Fabulous pan but vulnerable handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fabulous non stock pan with a handle rated for only 300 degrees. Be careful using in a broiler to finish off eggs or other dishes

Perfect size and completely nonstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a gift to ourselves because we were attracted to the nonstick and wanted something we could use stainless in occasionally and man did it deliver! We make eggs every morning and this 10 inch is perfect to make quick eggs without the fuss of sticking or washing by scrubbing. The eggs slide off and the handle is so easy to maneuver. 10/10 recommend.
