[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is perfect for preparing vegetable accompaniments on our induction cooktop. We searched for a long time to find the right pans that would offer us a reliable cooking vessel. The nonstick surface is fantastic and doesn't stop the items cooking in it from browning if you so desire. The cleanup is easy, just be sure to let your pans cool down before washing. We are giving five stars as we highly recommend the Madura series of pots and pans to anyone who wishes to cook like a pro at home.

I use this pan every day. It’s a great size, non stick, and I like that it does not have the rivets the all-clad pan had (food would always get stuck around them). I found this pan after going through two all-clad pans in three years. I got tired of contacting customer service and wanted something that wouldn’t eventually stop being nonstick. I’ll see how this does over time, but I’ve been impressed so far.
