This is a terrific pan. It has a nice weight and feel to it. It is neither too light nor too light...it’s just right! The nonstick works as it should. Even though the instructions say you can use metal utensils....Why would you?!
I’m not about to abuse a pan I love! I use plastic and silicone utensils...and canola oil
exclusively.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not much of a cook at all, but all the other frying pans thus far peel, flake and seem to have a limited lifespan. Absolutely LOVE the Madura Plus.... makes perfect meals and is so durable.

Excellent 10 inch non-stick frying pan. Good weight. Good heat conduction. Will only withstand 300 degree heat but you usually do not use this kind of pan in the oven, only on cook top.
