Best knife I have ever owned!

I have never had the pleasure of owning a premium chefs knife. Having recently purchased the Miyabi Kaizen 7" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife, I have upped my game to really improve my knife work. I now look forward to using this knife at any chance I can get. Slicing, chopping and butchering are just a few uses I have already applied to the purchase. My next purchase will be to dive into the care for this knife and all the Miyabi knives I will purchase in the future. An excellent purchase!

Beautiful knife. My kids broke my last knife and I received this as a gift. It’s stunning and a huge upgrade from my previous knife. I look forward to many years of use in the kitchen.

Amazing knife

This knife is the first high quality kitchen knife I’ve ever purchased. It makes cutting a joy. The first time I used it, dinner took an extra 20 minutes because I was so excited to experiment with it and see how thinly I could slice the cucumbers. It’s an amazing investment for any home cook.
