[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp, a nice size for someone like me with smaller hands. Bezels work nicely to release the knife from vegetables. I’ve retired my chefs knife to use this instead.

It is my favorite knife! I love the straight handle, the super sharp blade and the look!! It is beautifully balanced, which I thought would be a problem with a straight handle.
