[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is very evenly balanced between the handle and the blade, and it’s nice and light. It’s so sharp that it cuts vegetables like they’re softened butter. Beautiful knife, both in function and design.

GREATEST GIFT FOR ASPIRING COOK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've fallen in love with these knife's the first time I got to use them. It was at a good friends house, and nothing has ever felt like such an extension of my body that I could use so freely. Honestly, genuinely, with all exaggeration being just, the intent you have when using this , you really just are able to do what you want with a knife, and that's in the simplest terms i can describe what an experience it is using the knife.
Then of course, come the added bonus that i was gifted this, i couldn't be more happier, more eager to use and really start to make plate presentation a key part of dinner from now on, you can take on the culinary world with it, without a doubt. ALSO a brand new knife looks so AMAZING! I've been working with a knife that was who knows how old, and hear it was performing like a champ throughout the year. I can't wait to create a bond with this, as if it were my Zanpaktou. You're going to enjoy not only receiving this and staring at in awe, but also enjoying the experience that is THIS AMAZING product!
