This bright Cherry cocotte is a beautiful addition to the kitchen and dinner table. With proper care, the sheen and color stays looking brand new no matter how many times you use and wash it. The cast iron interior makes for a great heating surface for any of your big meals and is perfect for showing off your cooking skills to your dinner guests!

Great size for a larger crowd. Rough enamel interior brownsand carmelizes so well while not showing any staining. The spikes on the lids are strategically placed to allow "self-basting" during the cooking process. All you need to do is select your favorite color.

I love the heft, the finish and fit. It’s a special piece. Have roasted a chicken, made soup, sautéed veggies in the two weeks I’ve had it. Getting ready to make gravy today (that would be tomato sauce).
