All-around Great Cocotte

Nice, bright cherry red colour in the perfect "all-around" size...I think. 2-6 people meals in this easy to clean, solid vessel. Cleans up easily, too

This is a great pot to use when making soups, chilis and stews that call for browning your meat or chicken before proceeding with your recipe. The entire recipe can be accomplished with just using one piece of cookware. And it's such a beautiful servicing piece I take it right from the stove to the table. Check out the magnetized Staub wooden trivets and the cast iron trivets to make servicing much simpler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re a family of 8! Cooking for a family of 10 because we include my parents. Product is amazing and like no other. I wish I could afford larger ones but this’ll do most especially during this time. I wish I had pictures to upload especially with the holidays just passed but I’ll try next time.

Worth the Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using a 4qt version for 3 years now, finally decided to make the jump and buy a 7qt for larger gatherings. Could not be happier! Was worried about even heat distribution with the larger bottom but have had no issues searing and braising so far

Best for Stew!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can trust it for all stew types. It heats evenly, and I found the flat top with ice idea is brilliant. All the heat is evaporated thru the water on the top but all the moist is kept within. Simple physics but perfect experience. Also, just so pretty to look at!

Perfect Dutch Oven
