Clean, sharp cuts make recipe prep easy and exact. In the past year I bought 6 knives in this set and all get 5 Star reviews!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knife, so sharp. We got this because we have had a set of Henckel knives for almost 9 years and we love them, so when we went looking for a fillet knife we didn't want any other brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never felt the need to use a higher end knife until one was given to us as a gift. WOW I was wrong. Using a good quality product like this makes cooking much more enjoyable. Now I own multiple zwillling products.
