Very impressed with this knife, a quality piece of art. It has a very sharp fine edge on it and great flexibility especially for fish but many other applications. Zwilling will be the only knives I purchase. You just can't beat solingen steel, ive had many and they always retain their edge. Thanks A Million

Awesome fillet knife!!

I live in Alaska and a good quality fillet knife is a must. The Reds are in and I'm off to start using this knife for some restaurant quality fillets of salmon.

Warranty replacement

I received this as a warranty replacement for a 5” boning knife I bought years ago. This is larger than that so needed to get used to sizing. However it’s very sharp and works well for boning and filleting fish. Kudos for the lifetime warranty!
