This is a good knife for those who are concerned about maintenance. The ever sharp edge has micro serration to keep the edge cutting consistantly without having to be sharpened or honed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for a camping box. Knife is made out of high quality stainless steel so durable for the long haul. Blade has mirco serrations so I never have to worry about sharpening it, it is always ready to go. The blade also has hollow edges to help move food away from chopping area so jobs get done quicker and more efficiently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had this knife for 8 plus years. It is easy to throw a sharper edge on it with the steel. I cannot begin to estimate the number of times I have used it For me it is better for slicing fruits and vegetables rather than meat. I especially like to ribbon slice root vegetables with it.
