[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Miyabi Koh 8-inch chef knife at work. It is easy to use for many purposes when doing prep. The blade cuts through vegetables and meats with ease, and has a firm grip on the product. The handle itself is comfortable and easy to grip in many different ways with the hand.

Great knife - perfect for everyday use

Fantastic chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I have been wanting to get a Japanese knife and this one was just a perfect addition to my cutlery set. Great deal in hand and cuts like a hot knife through butter. I highly suggest adding this to your knife set.
