Love this knife!

This is a beautiful knife that cuts even paper towels held in the air. It keeps its edge and is beyond beautiful! Molds to my hand and makes cutting vegetables and all things easy.

I absolutely love my new knife! It is outstanding when I chop various types of produce and meat when in a commercial kitchen. The handle is nice and light while being very comforting to touch. This knife is an absolute 10/10. Thank you to the craftsman and women at Zwilling and Miyabi for all the hard work!

Great minimalistic knife for modern kitchen design

High quality carbon steel knife made by artisans for relatively affordable price. The hybrid of Japanese and western style handle is the best of both worlds, the minimal colors including the blade stamp and lack of patterned blade appeals to my appreciation of minimalism. It is laser sharp out of the box and not too hard that an expert is needed to upkeep.

The handle is sturdy and well shaped. The blade came very sharp. A very good experience so far using this knife, the best I've had yet!

This is the first professional knife I own and with the amount of cooking I do for our family this has proven to be such a dependable asset in our kitchen. It's comfortable to hold and chops/slices like a breeze. It is very well put together and I love the handle material.
