Oh its sharp!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the out of box edge and how beautiful the craftsmanship loook. I could only wish maybenhandwl was just a little thicker than what it is. Love the knofe though, highly recommended!!

Firat Japanese Chef's Knife

My best knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the cook for a multi generation family of 4. I prefer cooking from scratch, which requires chopping everything. I like sharp knives when I work. My current knives were the best I have had until I got this knife. It's sharp, like I need cut gloves sharp. Now cooking is even more enjoyable with a razor sharp knife to use. I'm now looking for good sheath to keep it in to protect both knife and others.
