Great beginners knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knife right out of the box. Light and easy to manipulate, very sharp and clean looking. The handle is superb with the classic octagonal design. A fiscally conservative beginner Japanese gyuto for sure!

As someone who has never owned a quality knife before my experience with them is limited. But, this knife requires no experience at all to understand that it is masterly built and it will serve me a life time.
