Worth the investment

I finally treated myself to a high quality knife. It may be expensive but it was worth every penny. Besides the sharpness of the blade, my favorite part is the handle. It’s sturdy and it’s so comfortable to hold even with tiny hands. Definitely worth the investment

I'm incredibly happy with the knife I got for the price I paid! I did a LOT of research on what brand I wanted to go with and I'm so happy with my choice. I can already tell this is going to last me a long time. Its so sharp and cuts like a charm

This is the first professional knife I own and with the amount of cooking I do for our family this has proven to be such a dependable asset in our kitchen. It's comfortable to hold and chops/slices like a breeze. It is very well put together and I love the handle material.

Great minimalistic knife for modern kitchen design

High quality carbon steel knife made by artisans for relatively affordable price. The hybrid of Japanese and western style handle is the best of both worlds, the minimal colors including the blade stamp and lack of patterned blade appeals to my appreciation of minimalism. It is laser sharp out of the box and not too hard that an expert is needed to upkeep.
