Amazing! This is the first nicer chefs knife I’ve bought myself and I couldn’t be happier. Way lighter than I thought it would be and feels great in hand. Blade shape is really nice for chopping and also just looks nice. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I like the steel. Mostly stainless, very hard. Holds an edge well and can get very sharp. Maybe a little heavier than a "true" Japanese knife, but has great balance.
