Beautiful, balanced, and does what a knife should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not about how a knife looks, but it kind of is sometimes. The simple and clean lines just draw the eyes along the blade. It's a beautiful knife.
More importantly, it's a pleasure to use. Sharp, balanced, comfortable to hold. I did have some slicing where the food was almost suctioned to the blade, but that was simple enough to resolve. This seems built for the way I like to use a knife, so others may not be as enamored.
Reviews indicate the blade stays sharp, but I've only had it a short time so can't speak to that yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this an anniversary gift and it’s great! As of writing this review I’ve had it for a couple months. Nice weight/balance, razor sharp, handle is good, and I love the style. Definitely a step up from my previous chefs knife.

My best knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the cook for a multi generation family of 4. I prefer cooking from scratch, which requires chopping everything. I like sharp knives when I work. My current knives were the best I have had until I got this knife. It's sharp, like I need cut gloves sharp. Now cooking is even more enjoyable with a razor sharp knife to use. I'm now looking for good sheath to keep it in to protect both knife and others.
