Great knife - perfect for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 8" version of this knife as a gift and love it! It was my first "nice" kitchen knife and I am hooked now - definitely plan to pick up a few more knives from this brand. Highly recommend and it's worth every dollar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Miyabi Koh 8-inch chef knife at work. It is easy to use for many purposes when doing prep. The blade cuts through vegetables and meats with ease, and has a firm grip on the product. The handle itself is comfortable and easy to grip in many different ways with the hand.
