[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is amazing. Great craftsmanship and a super sharp edge. It feels great in hand and is easy and comfortable to work with. I have several more expensive knives and this Miyabi is on par with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never had an issue with this knife besides it being too sharp.. And to me that’s a great issue to have. I love the birchwood handle. It’s a perfect knife to cut vegetables, fish, meat I use it for everything! Make sure to have a good stone to sharpen it on. It’s my favorite knife!

Excellent condition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never been more impressed with a blade that could fit my man hands. The hexagonal grip is perfect for my worn hands and the sharp edge makes cutting tasks easier. Now I can use the Japanese wet stones I got from my registry to keep the blades lasting longer. I’m still waiting for my Santoku and Pairing knife but I’ve never been more thrilled.
