My First quality knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first quality knife, I have only used cheap ceramic knives or sets previously, but since I cook so much I decided to ask for a treat for Christmas. This knife feels great in my hand and in the past week I’ve had it, has sliced like a dream and the versatile shape allows me to use it for absolutely everything . I can’t say anything about the durability since I haven’t had it long, and have been very delicate with it, but it is beautiful to look at and is a great foray into nice knives!
I would recommend this to a friend!
