sharp and light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chef’s knife is very light and sharp. I like the feel of it when prepping my food. I don’t like the handle’s grip but it’s light and comfortable enough to use. The actual knife blade itself could have texture but it doesn’t.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great out of the box. A little more weight in the handle than found in most Japanese knives, but this makes it easy to chop lots of stuff with little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is gorgeous! I do wish it came with a blade guard, but it is stunning nonetheless. Lightweight in the hand and incredibly sharp to allow for easy prep work on long days!

Incredibly sharp knife keeps its edge
