Grab ahold of this Statement santoku to make chopping and mincing efficient. The handle is comfortable to grip and the sharp blade will do it's job with little effort required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an all around quality knife that I returned to the store and purchased 4 more. Just in case I wear it out. In all seriousness this is an excellent "go to" knife for most of the kitchen work.

This knife is made from high quality, one piece, stainless steel which means long term durability. The knife has hollow edges to help move away food from the blade while using.
Handle is really comfortable.

A very good knife for the price. A Santoku will cut all those veggies and do fruits with hard outsides and also meats! The hollow edge means the food will not stick to the blade. Made from quality stainless steel, so the knife will stay sharp and durable for many years!
