Great value knife that is sharp and has a nice hollow edge with a comfortable handle. Food doesn't stick when your chopping which makes life so much easier.

A good size for small tasks. A santoku has a flat cutting edge that gives more blade to cutting surface contact. this woks well for chopping vegetables and herbs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the feel of this knife it's beefy but light. This is the perfect size knife for most of the cooking I do, it's cuts and chops everything I've tried with ease.

This is a nice smaller santoku for the price. Use this to tackle the smaller cutting projects. The cap on the back of the handle keeps the knife well balanced and feels good in the hand.

The santoku is a great knife for almost anything that a chef knife can do. It is smaller but the blade is wider, which I like. The hollow grooves create air pockets, which keep things from sticking to the blade. The santoku has become one of my favorite kinves over the past couple of years and gets daily use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced my old knife set and the new one didn't have a Santoku, which is one of my most used knives. This one is great and looks nice. It even fits in the knife block when I substituted for one I don't use as often.
