Perfect for Slicing Large Cuts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is perfect for slicing large cuts of meat, like full packer briskets. Slices cleanly and evenly and slices don't stick to blade. Exactly what I was looking for to accompany my smoker.

Great for Carving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking to invest in a good carving knife for a while, looking for good quality at a decent price point. This knife slices meat like it’s butter. Used this for a whole turkey and I’ve never had an easier time cutting meat. It’s also lightweight and easy to handle. Can’t wait to try it on some other meats.

Great Roast Beef Slicer

This is the perfect knife to slice paper thin roast beef and ham. Nice long blade glides through really large cuts in one nice swift movement. The granton edge prevents meat from sticking to the the blade by protecting against air pockets. Now I know why I always see these at carving stations in restaurants and hotels.
