Only knife for large cuts of meat

This used to be called banquet knife. It is the knife that the chef's stand at the end of the buffet line and gracefully carve a thin (or thick) slice of prime rib with. If you do roasts, briskets, whole sirloins, turkey, goose then you need one of these in the drawer.
Years ago I broke down and got one for the holidays. I am so glad I did. Every time I make large hunk of meat, I pull this knife out and slice with confidence. Great gift for a cook or meat eater.

This carving knife slices though any meat like butter. It is made from German Special Formula Steel, also forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. The knife has hollow edges to help move meat away from the blade while slicing. The handle is comfortable and lightweight, a nice option compared to other heavy handle knives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slices meats, salmon, cakes. One perfect slice thanks to the 10 " blade. Made in Germany, superior sharp steel, comfortable handle.

A great alternative slicer knife

An unique slicing knife with it being hollow edge, it’s the optimal knife for slicing meat; whether slicing a pot roast to getting that thin deli slice, this knife does a great job of releasing the food right of the blade thanks to the indentions on the blade. A great knife for slicing anything, it’s durable forged stainless steel construction makes this a sharp and long lasting knife.
